Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide lodging accommodations for the 349th Air Reserve Wing (AMW) guests on a rental basis through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

• Provide single occupancy hotel rooms as requested by the 349th AMW or its designated representative.

• Offer parking facilities at no expense to guests for approved reservations during Unit Training Assemblies (UTA) or Rescheduled UTA days.

• Accept advanced reservations based on the 349th AMW's provided UTA calendar and room inventory.

• In case of overbooking, lodge personnel in an equivalent commercial hotel at no expense to the individual, with coordination by the 349 AMW Lodging Office.

• Handle cancellations in accordance with the Comfort Inn Fairfield's no-show policy.

• Rooms must meet local standards for livable areas, good light, and sound attenuation.

• Finishes (walls, ceilings, floors) must be clean and serviceable, free from damage or dirt.

• Bathrooms must be sanitary with adequate fixtures and proper water flow/temperature.

• Smoke and fire protection systems must meet federal, state, or local codes.

• Provide a means for storing and safeguarding guest valuables (e.g., in-room safe).

• Daily services include room cleaning, bed making, and linen changes as needed.

• Linen service provided at least weekly or upon occupancy change.

• Keep common use areas (hallways, corridors, grounds) clean, neat, and safe.
