- Capacity: Maximum of 50 double occupancy rooms or 25 single occupancy rooms per UTA. Single rooms can substitute for double rooms if unavailable.
- Room Specifications: Rooms must feature refrigerated air conditioning, adequate heating, a private bath with shower/tub, a minimum 20-inch color television, dresser space, and an alarm clock. Double rooms require two full-sized beds; single rooms require one queen-sized bed. All rooms must be non-smoking.
- Services: Daily maid service, including towel replenishment, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing. Bed linens must be changed at least weekly or upon guest check-out.
- Performance Standards: Guest requests for housekeeping supplies must be fulfilled within 30 minutes. 24-hour check-in/check-out is required, with check-in no earlier than 3:00 pm and check-out no earlier than 11:00 am. Cancellations are accepted without charge up to 6:00 pm on the day of arrival.
