Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal services for catered breakfast and dinner meals to support the Nevada National Guard during annual training at Camp Navajo, Arizona.

• Provide and serve breakfast and dinner meals during two separate training iterations: June 12-19, 2026 and August 24-31, 2026.

• Prepare and serve meals at the Camp Navajo dining facility (1 Hughes Ave, Bellemont, AZ 86015).

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, and tools.

• Coordinate facility usage directly with Camp Navajo.

• Breakfast meals ready by 5:30 a.m. (consumption 5:45 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.).

• Dinner meals ready by 4:30 p.m. (consumption 4:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.).

• Meals must meet portion, variety, and caloric standards (breakfast: 1400-1700 calories; dinner: 1800-2000 calories).

• Sodium-free seasonings required; no MSG.

• Condiments appropriate to menu items.

• Butter/margarine spreads must have zero grams of trans fat.
