To provide non-personal catered meal services for the Nevada National Guard's individual weapons qualification at the Arizona National Guard Weapons Training Range in Florence, AZ.

• Provide individually boxed, catered meals on April 6-9, 2026.

• Deliver meals to the Arizona National Guard Weapons Training Range at 27383 AZ-79, Florence, AZ 85132.

• Deliver 147 standard breakfast meals daily on April 7-9, 2026, by 6:00 am.

• Deliver 3 lacto-ovo-vegetarian breakfast meals daily on April 7-9, 2026, by 6:00 am.

• Deliver 147 standard dinner meals daily on April 6-8, 2026, by 5:00 pm.

• Deliver 3 lacto-ovo-vegetarian dinner meals daily on April 6-8, 2026, by 5:00 pm.

• Meals must be individually boxed and ready for delivery.

• Sodium-free seasonings are required for all meals (no MSG).

• Condiments appropriate to menu items must be available.

• Butter pats or margarine with zero trans fat, and a choice of two nut spreads, jams, or jellies are required.

• Dinner meals: approximately 1800-2000 calories, with two or more entrée choices (including at least one vegetarian option and no more than one fried entrée).

• Breakfast meals: approximately 1400-1700 calories, with two or more juice choices and two or more fresh fruit choices.

• Meals must be prepared in a licensed facility and delivered at the proper temperature.

• Deliveries must be made by 6:00 am for breakfast and 5:00 pm for dinner.

• Period of Performance: April 6-9, 2026.

• Place of Performance: Florence Military Reservation, 27383 AZ-79, Florence, AZ 85132.

• Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services.
