• Approximately 1,965 lunch meals are required over the two-week period.

• Meals must be prepared at a location that complies with all local laws regarding safe food handling and preparation.

• Offerors must demonstrate they are in the primary business of catering or have agreements with entities in that primary business.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: May 15, 2026 to May 29, 2026.

• Offers must be submitted on SF1449. Company-formatted quotes are also accepted.

• Evaluation will be based on price and other factors, with price being a primary consideration.

• Technical evaluation will consider the proposed menu and the offeror's catering business assurance.

• Past performance may be used for awardee selection if deemed necessary.

• Offer Due Date: April 13, 2026, 11:30 PM Local Time.

• This acquisition is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference, including those related to commercial products and services, small business set-asides, and labor standards.

• Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.

Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide catered lunch meals for approximately 150 Servicemembers during annual military training for the 240th and 777th Engineers at the North Las Vegas Readiness Center.

• Provide buffet-style catered lunch meals from May 15-29, 2026.

• Deliver meals daily by 11:30 a.m. with an intended consumption time of 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

• Contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, and materials.

• Contractor is not required to serve the meals but must provide portion size information.

• Meals shall be approximately 1400-1700 calories.

• Provide multiple main entrée choices on a rotational basis, including at least one vegetarian option.

• Standard beverages include options like carbonated drinks, juice blends, and coffee. Bottled water is not an acceptable standard beverage.

• Meals must be prepared in a licensed facility and delivered at proper temperature.

• Meals delivered by 11:30 a.m. (100% of the time).

• Meals meet portion, variety, and caloric standards (as per paragraph 1.3).

• Meals prepared in a licensed facility and delivered at proper temperature.

• Zero deviation from standard is the performance threshold for all objectives.

• Period of Performance: May 15-29, 2026.

• Place of Performance: North Las Vegas Readiness Center, 6600 Range Road, Las Vegas, NV 89165.

• Contractor must provide a contract manager and an alternate.

• Contractor personnel must identify themselves as non-government employees.

• Deliveries require coordination with the government for access and procedures.

• The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type.

Wage Determination

This document is a Wage Determination (WD) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division.
