Scope of Work
The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and facilities to operate and maintain a commercial range for government training, testing, evaluation, and demonstration purposes. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing access to various range types: small arms, C-sUAS, EOD, and tactical training areas.
- Ensuring all aspects of range safety and management, with certified Range Safety Officers (RSOs) present during live-fire activities.
- Maintaining facilities, target systems, and equipment in clean and operational condition.
- Adhering to all federal, state, and local environmental laws, particularly concerning lead management and projectile containment.
- For C-sUAS demonstrations, providing a secure, certified test range with instrumentation for evaluating sensor and effector solutions against Group 1 & 2 UAS threats, including logistics, scheduling, and data collection.
