The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking innovative, commercial approaches for Coupon Redemption Services. The prospective contractor will provide a comprehensive, secure, and scalable service for DeCA's worldwide commissary stores, handling approximately 39,000,000 paper and digital coupons annually. The goal is to leverage technology to reduce physical submission requirements, processing costs, and time, while ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• The CSO may result in awards to proposals through 2028, with the potential for extension via amendment.
