Submission & Evaluation
Interested vendors for the Coupon Redemption Services AoI must submit a Commercial Solutions Proposal. Volume II (Technical proposal) is limited to 10 written pages with a minimum 12-point font. All communications and proposal submissions are to be sent via email to the specified points of contact. DeCA has elected to forgo Phases 1 and 2 of the general CSO process for this specific AoI. Proposals will be evaluated based on merit, risk, schedule, and price.
Eligibility & Notes
Vendors should possess proven expertise in coupon processing, real-time validation, fraud mitigation, reimbursement management, and data reporting.
