The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (338 ESS), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, Texas, issues this Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) under DFARS 212.70 to seek innovative commercial solutions for Human Capital (HC) services (training, education, and human resources) supporting the Air Education and Training Command (AETC). The Government is inviting offerors to submit White Papers with strategic sourcing solutions for HC services, as specified in individual Area(s) of Interest (AOIs). See individual AOIs for submission deadlines. While the following NAICS codes are anticipated for this CSO, the Government may consider others as applicable to specific AOIs.
