Quick Summary
The Department of the Navy, specifically NAVSUP FLC SIGONELLA NAPLES OFFICE, is conducting market research through a Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for an online, non-bespoke, unclassified maritime trade intelligence tool. - Information on associated entities such as vessels, shipping companies, charterers, ports, terminals, routes, and maritime chokepoints.
- Data updated at least monthly, including crude oil and LNG inventories, refinery output, and floating storage.
- Data analysis and display capabilities via a graphical user interface, accessible 24/7 via Internet login.
- Provision of two commercial user accounts.

The statement should include full business name, address, POC, CAGE code, business size category, GSA/SeaPort-e contract information (if applicable), and a brief description of the ability to support the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. Technical questions may be included in the response. Submissions should be emailed to benjamin.m.bethel.civ@us.navy.mil. Respondents will not be notified of results.
