Justification & Response Information
This requirement is being pursued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), citing "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." DGI is identified as the sole source possessing the proprietary apparatuses uniquely designed for the repair of all Common Stores Dolly configurations. The development of alternative apparatuses is deemed unfeasible due to unsupportable timelines and costs.
While this notice is not a Request for Proposals, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the publication date. Interested parties must have active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) for consideration. The Government reserves the right not to compete this procurement based on responses and is not obligated to pay for any information submitted.
