Common Tactical Truck (CTT)
General Information: The United States Army, referred to herein as the United States Government (USG), previously released an RFI seeking information to assess the marketplace availability and industry capabilities to support the Common Tactical Truck (CTT) program, which closed 22 September 2025. There are some additional questions the USG is seeking industry feedback on, as well as providing Draft Performance Specification (P-SPEC) updates. The information provided as part of this RFI is pre-decisional and subject to change. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the USG in any way. There is no solicitation available at this time.
Instructions for Submitting Questionnaire: Sources who can meaningfully respond to the questions within this survey, have the potential capability and capacity to meet the requirements based on the information provided, and would be interested in competing as a prime contractor for any future contract are asked to complete the attached questionnaire. Written responses shall be submitted electronically via email to usarmy.detroit.peo-cs-css.mbx.pm-ts-ctt-rfp@army.mil, no later than 1200 PM EST, 08 OCTOBER 2025.

Please note "Attachment 0001-1-Updates to Draft CTT P-SPEC" is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution C Export Controlled. An active Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification is required. You must request access to the above attachment via SAM.gov and have a current JCP Certification.
To be eligible to gain access to the export-controlled attachments (via SAM.gov) an offeror must have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the United States (U.S.)/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP), along with a copy of supporting documentation. Requests for access to the controlled file will be reviewed for proper authorization. Access will be granted upon confirmation of a current JCP certification. The requesting point of contact will be notified of access or denial via email response.
