• Offer Due Date: 05/20/2026 at 12:00 PM Local Time.

• Submission Method: Quotes must be received on or before the due date and time specified on the SF-1449. Email submissions should be sent to Brian Roberts, Contracting Officer, at brian.roberts@bia.gov with the subject line: "Company Name Quote in Response to 140A1226Q0007".

• Quotation Contents: Must include Company Information (Unique Entity ID, Address, Contact Info, RFQ Number, Quote Number, Date, Pricing), a signed IEE Representation Form, and DIAR 1452.280-4.

• Evaluation Criteria: Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced - Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical acceptability is based on meeting all specification elements. Award will be made considering price and technical acceptability.

• Contractor Inquiries: Questions must be submitted via email to Brian Roberts by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, 13 May 2026.
