Quick Summary
The Department of the Army is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI) for the Company Commander's Integration Kit (CCIK) and RETRANS Installation Kit. This RFI seeks to identify industry capabilities to manufacture these hardware-only kits for the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV), specifically to determine if sources other than General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) can produce fully interchangeable kits without proprietary technical data. Responses are due February 13, 2026.
Scope of Work
The Government is seeking information on the capability to produce two distinct hardware installation kits:
- Company Commander's Integration Kit (CCIK) (Part Number: LS1092445): Designed to upgrade a standard Infantry Carrier Vehicle (ICVV) to the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) capability level of a Commander's Vehicle (CVV). Key components include a Frequency Hopping Multiplexer (FHMUX) and a Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) radio set.
- RETRANS Installation Kit (Part Number: LS1107824): Enables a Stryker vehicle to function as a mobile radio retransmission (RETRANS) station, extending the range of the tactical radio network. This kit integrates additional SINCGARS radios, a Power Amplifier, and all necessary racks and hardware.
