Scope of Work

The contract will cover specific compounded pharmaceuticals, including Succinylcholine Chloride, Oxytocin, L.E.T. Solution, and Phenylephrine HCl, in specified quantities.   • Certifications: Documented proof of FDA or PCAB certification (maintained annually).
  • Quality Control: Compliance with USP Chapters and a robust Quality Control system covering environmental monitoring, raw material testing, in-process testing, endotoxin testing, sterility and fungal testing, and potency and stability testing. QI/QA certification is required on every batch.
  • Manufacturing: Minimum of one (1) year experience in Compound Pharmaceutical manufacturing. Use only FDA-approved drugs, containers, and diluents from authorized sources. Compliance with Compounding Quality Act Title I of the Drug Quality and Security Act of 2013 and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) (section 503b).
  • Delivery & Shelf Life: Delivery within four (4) business days to CRDAMC. Minimum shelf life of 45 days at room temperature for all items. Delivery within +/- 10% per USP standards.
  • Other Compliance: Compliance with Trade Agreements Act (TAA), appropriate drug labeling as per NPSG.03.04.01, and DEA Licensing requirements for controlled substances. 24/7 customer service is also required.
