Scope of Work
The requirement is for a six (6) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods, with an anticipated period of performance from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2030. The contract will cover specific compounded pharmaceuticals, including Succinylcholine Chloride, Oxytocin, L.E.T. Solution, and Phenylephrine HCl, in specified quantities. Vendors must provide the entirety of requested pharmaceuticals; partial offers are ineligible.
Key Requirements

- Manufacturing: Minimum of one (1) year experience in Compound Pharmaceutical manufacturing. Use only FDA-approved drugs, containers, and diluents from authorized sources. Compliance with Compounding Quality Act Title I of the Drug Quality and Security Act of 2013 and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) (section 503b).
- Delivery & Shelf Life: Delivery within four (4) business days to CRDAMC. Minimum shelf life of 45 days at room temperature for all items. Delivery within +/- 10% per USP standards.
- Other Compliance: Compliance with Trade Agreements Act (TAA), appropriate drug labeling as per NPSG.03.04.01, and DEA Licensing requirements for controlled substances. 24/7 customer service is also required.
