The system must assess a company's financial capability to support current and future workload and predict liquidity/solvency problems. Key requirements include 24 concurrent user licenses, 24/7 web-based access, 508 compliance, and robust functionality for multiyear historical data, affiliated company information, key financial metrics, M&A data, comparative analysis, and currency conversion. Required reports include business legal name, address, corporate family tree, NAICS/SIC codes, summary reports, 5+ years of historical financial statements, industry comparisons, investment details, credit ratings, credit history, forecasts, and SEC documents.
