Scope of Work
The required services encompass four key capability areas:
- Task 1 – Project Management and Strategic Oversight: Includes contract kickoff, ongoing project management, bi-weekly teleconferences, limited research, quarterly reports, and ad hoc meetings.
- Task 2 – Domestic Event Management Services: Covers planning and registration (up to 5,100 participants, Section 508 compliance, Government branding), multi-modal logistics (venue/platform selection, secure platforms with interpretation, HD cameras, translation, IT support, catering), and on-site/digital execution (dedicated staffing, Section 508/ADA compliance, security, cybersecurity).
- Task 3 – International Event Management and Training Delivery: Involves outreach to foreign officials, venue procurement, travel/lodging/visa support, per diem, IT support, catering, interpretation, and training module delivery (workshops, online learning, study tours).
- Task 4 – Curriculum and Materials Development: Focuses on creating training curricula, interactive learning materials, traditional/virtual/hybrid modules, study tours, and professional translation, with all materials becoming Government intellectual property.
Performance standards include 99.9% platform stability, interactive participant engagement, 48-hour attendee confirmation, one-business-day responsiveness to inquiries, error-free deliverables, and compliance with federal regulations and accessibility requirements.
