Purpose

Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the shipment, delivery, and setup of one new CT Inspection System. Key requirements include:
- System Specifications: Must be new (not refurbished) with an Operator's Manual. Specific technical criteria include a scan volume of at least Ø5.3 inches x 6.7 inches, a minimum resolvable feature of <0.0004 inches, and software operational without internet access or via government secure cloud with a permanent license.
- Training: Provide a 3-day on-site training session for up to 4 participants.
- Maintenance: Include a 3-year preventative maintenance and calibration contract, covering consumables, starting after installation.
- Installation: On-site installation, initial start-up, diagnostics, and verification are required.
- Warranty: A 12-month warranty or standard OEM commercial warranty (whichever is greater) on all parts and labor.
