- CMMC: The solicitation now requires a CMMC Level 2 Certification Assessment conducted by an accredited C3PAO, due to the handling of prioritized Defense CUI. DFARS Clause 252.204-7021 has been revised.
- Submission: Resumes and letters of commitment are required as part of the technical proposal and count against the 45-page limit. Attachments 3 and 6 must be formatted in Times New Roman, font size 12.
- Past Performance: Offerors are responsible for distributing and tracking Present/Past Performance Questionnaires to their team members, with completed forms submitted directly to the Government.
- Phase-In: A 30-day phase-in period will be allowed prior to full performance.
