Contractor Requirements & Financials
Contractor must obtain approval from Blakeslee AFRA management for hours, menus, and pricing, and utilize the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Point of Sale (POS) system. Employees must complete specific training per AFI 34-219, and positions are subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA). The contractor will pay Blakeslee AFRA a monthly fee: $2,500 (June-Aug), $1,500 (Apr-May, Sep), and $500 (Jan-Mar, Oct-Dec).
Government Support & Shared Responsibilities
Blakeslee AFRA will provide existing kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, dining room seating, cable TV, internet, and Wi-Fi.
