Key Requirements & Deliverables

Contractors will be required to furnish all management, materials, supplies, and transportation for various concrete and aggregate needs. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ready-mix concrete (various strengths and mixtures for civil construction/maintenance).
  • Stone, sand, gravel (various gradations), crushed stone, limestone, rock, slag.
  • Aggregates for erosion control. Delivery must be via mixer trucks to ERDC-designated work sites. All work must comply with safety (EM 385-1-1, OSHA), environmental, and security requirements.

    • Technical Capability: Assessed on demonstrated ability to execute BPA requirements, including a Blanket Purchase Agreement Call Execution Plan and relevant experience.
    • Past Performance: Based on recent (within 5 years) and relevant contracts, evaluated for recency, relevancy, technical performance, cost controls, and schedule adherence.
    • Price: Evaluated for reasonableness.
  • Registration: All prospective contractors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to the quote due date.
