The concrete must have a 5 inch slump and have a 4000 psi capability. The vendor does not need to provide labor. Soldiers will provide the labor. The vendor only needs to provide the concrete and a mixer to deliver/pour it. The concrete shall meet the following specifications. Concrete will be at 3,500 psi when fully cured. The slump of the concrete will be no more than 3 inch. Specified compressive strength FC is MPA 3,000 psi at 28 days. Air content must be between 4.5 and 7.5 percent-Maximum water-cementitious material ratio is 0.50 surfaces permanently exposed to view shall be so that the final color when cured is the same as adjacent concrete.
