This solicitation is for the design and installation of a concrete pad and ADA-compliant pedestrian walkway at the Yongsan Embassy Housing (YEH) Compound in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The project includes constructing approximately 170m² of concrete pads and 35m of walkways, along with installing electrical ductwork. The work requires coordination with other contractors installing a prefabricated gym unit.

• Construction of 170m² concrete pads and 35m long, 1600mm wide ADA-compliant walkways.

• Key submission requirements include SF 1442, Attachment #1 (Price Breakdown), Attachment #2 (Material List), SAM registration (if applicable), technical proposals, resumes, licenses, past performance, and design plans.

• Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM for offers over $40,000.

• NAICS Code: 236118 (Residential and Nonresidential Building Construction).

• Small business size standard: $36.5 million.

• Drawings will be provided at the pre-quotation conference.

• The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) is the Engineer.

• Value Added Tax (VAT) will not be reimbursed.
