• Specific tasks include salvaging existing metal pit doors, cutting and removing concrete around pit boxes, excavating to a minimum of 12', preparing the slab with compacted stone and vapor barrier, installing rebar, placing new 5000 PSI concrete with a light broom finish, reinstalling metal doors, welding new door guides, caulking new concrete, infilling with grout/epoxy, and function testing doors.

• All work must be performed by certified/licensed technicians with at least 5 years of experience in concrete repair and pouring.

• Contract type: Request for Quotation (RFQ).

• Period of Performance (PoP): 90 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).

• Estimated Magnitude: Between $100,000 and $250,000.

• Davis Bacon wage rates are applicable.
