  • 14 Inch tall by 4 Foot long Plywood Filler Handset (Quantity: 220)
  • Standard Wedge Bolt (such as Dayton Superior Standard A51 or equivalent) (Quantity: 2000)
  • 20 Inch X Type Flat Tie (Quantity: 2000)
  • Turnbuckle Form Aligner (such as Dayton Superior A27 or equivalent) (Quantity: 500)
  • One Piece Waler Clamp Concrete Form Bracket (5 gauge steel) (Quantity: 400)

• Shipping costs must be included in the quotation.

• All material will be shipped together.

• Evaluation will be based on Price and Technical Capability. Offers must meet or exceed minimum salient characteristics and specifications.

• Offerors are encouraged to provide sufficient product data to confirm compliance.

• Quotes must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the quote receipt date.

• This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the chosen NAICS code (332312) prior to award.

• Questions must be submitted by 2:00 PM MDT on 18 March 2026.

• Past performance data may be submitted if available.
