• Electronic Invoicing: Inquiries should be directed to the U.S. Coast Guard FINCEN. Electronic submission via IPP is generally required.

• FAR 52.247-34 F.O.B. DESTINATION (NOV 1991) is incorporated.

This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract to Mahan’s Thermal Products for CONDENSER 130 TON WATER. The procurement is being conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b) due to Mahan’s Thermal Products being the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) with proprietary knowledge and specialized capabilities essential for meeting the agency's requirements. No other vendor is identified as capable of providing the required goods/services with the same compatibility, quality, and performance.

No reimbursement for costs associated with providing capability information will be provided. Telephone requests will not be honored.
