Packaging must provide adequate protection for shipment and warehouse storage, marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and barcoded. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8 am to 3 pm.
• Labeling Requirements: Approved USCG labels must include NSN, Item Name, Part Number, Purchase Order Number, "COAST GUARD SFLC MATERIAL", Condition (A), and Quantity/Unit of Issue.
• Invoicing: All invoicing must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov and include specific details. Invoices for this Purchase Order should be submitted as Non-PO in IPP. Shipping costs must be a separate line item. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to DAVID.E.JOHNSON2@uscg.mil.
