Quick Summary
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), under the Department of the Interior, is soliciting proposals for Cone Collection and Turning Services for seed production at two Oregon locations: the Walter Horning Seed Orchard (HSO) near Colton, and the Travis Tyrrell Seed Orchard (TSO) near Lorane. The goal is to meet the government's reforestation seed needs, with timeliness being critical. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside opportunity. Quotations are due by April 21, 2026.
