The event will host 40 participants for a planning day, followed by approximately 275 participants for the main three-day conference. Key requirements include:
- Conference and lodging space, including meeting rooms with specified AV equipment, free Wi-Fi, and internet access.
- Space for 20 exhibits and 8 poster sessions.
- A committee board/storage room and registration tables.
- Blocking of 240 sleeping rooms at the Government Rate; attendees are financially responsible for their own rooms, and the Government will not pay for food and beverage.
