To facilitate an educational forum for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Division of Nursing Services (DNS), Office of Quality, and National Nurse Leadership Council (NNLC) to increase nursing knowledge, skills, and attitudes in leadership, advanced practice, inpatient, ambulatory, and public health nursing.

• Conference & Lodging Space: Requirements for meeting rooms, breakout rooms, exhibit space, and poster session areas for four days.

• Day 1 (Planning Meeting): Two meeting rooms for 40 participants (hollow square setup).

• Days 2-4 (Main Event): One main conference room for 275 participants (half-moon setup) and three breakout rooms for 50-90 participants each (classroom or half-moon setup).

• Exhibit & Poster Space: Dedicated areas for exhibits (20 skirted tables) and poster sessions (8 boards).
