Key Requirements & Clarifications
- Set-Aside: This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 334310, Size Standard 750 Employees).
- Technical: Solutions must be "state-of-the-art" with Teams capability. For Building 912, equipment must also be Cisco Jabber compliant, and Teams on the Secret Network is required. No Bluetooth or wireless devices are permitted. Simple HDMI connections are recommended.
- Installation: Contractor must verify room dimensions. A NYS Certified Electrician is required for all electrical connections. Installers must meet REAL ID requirements. Contractor must provide conduit if new cables are run.
