Scope of Work

The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for a comprehensive AV system upgrade. Key tasks include:

  • Small Conference Room: Installation of specific Shure microphones, speakers, mute button, Crestron camera, Samsung 70" 4K TV, Intel NUC, and AV control interface.
  • Large Conference Room: Installation of two Shure microphones, speakers, mute button, Crestron camera, Crestron DM NVX, two Samsung 85" 4K TVs, Intel NUC, and AV switching/control system.
  • Common Tasks: Removal of existing wall-mounted TV shadow boxes, drywall patching, device configuration and calibration, cable labeling, end-user training, and providing as-built diagrams.
  • Special Requirements: A comprehensive site survey, integration of AV and IT systems, end-to-end system testing, and provision of training and documentation.
  • Warranty & Support: Minimum one (1) year warranty on equipment and workmanship, plus three (3) years of system support and maintenance (remote and potentially onsite).
