Statement of Work (SOW)

To define the scope, deliverables, timeline, and responsibilities for the installation of modern Audio-Visual (AV) and conferencing technology in one small and one large conference room, enabling high-quality collaboration and hybrid meetings.

Small Conference Room (8-12 occupants): Installation of specific Shure microphones, speakers, audio interface, mute button, Crestron camera and mount, Samsung 70" 4K Smart TV, Intel NUC, AV control interface, and associated cabling.

Large Conference Room (20-25 occupants): Installation of specific Shure microphones, speakers, audio interface, mute button, Crestron camera and mount, Crestron DM NVX, two Samsung 85" 4K Smart TVs, Intel NUC, AV switching and control system, and associated cabling.
