This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide a complete, integrated, and fully functional audio-visual conference system for Building 528, Room 307, at Ramstein Air Base. The procurement is conducted using simplified acquisition procedures.
Scope of Work
The scope includes both equipment procurement and installation services. Key deliverables and services are:
- Procurement: Supply of new audio-visual hardware, including an 86-inch UHD display, 4K auto-tracking camera, control processor, 10.1-inch touch screen, networked audio DSP, amplifier, column array speakers, tabletop microphone, secure KVM switch (NIAP Protection Profile 4.0 and TAA compliant), USB switcher, and all necessary cabling and rack hardware. All items must be new and include a manufacturer's warranty.
- Installation: Project management, logistics, de-installation of existing equipment, professional installation and wiring of all new hardware, system programming (audio DSP for optimal speech intelligibility, AV control system for intuitive operation), commissioning (full functional testing), and on-site user training.
