Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for commercial workplace conflict management services. The Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is issuing this RFP on behalf of the DOI Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution (CADR).

The services acquired under this IDIQ contract are not considered inherently governmental. The contract will provide conflict management services to assist with managing conflicts within DOI parties. This includes providing mediators, facilitators, conflict coaches, trainers, ombuds experts, organizational development experts, and change management experts.

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award.

• Period of Performance: One (1) five (5) year period of performance, with a six (6) month option to extend services.

• Minimum Order Value: $25,000.00 for the entire five-year period.

• Maximum Ceiling Value: $8,000,000.00.

• Task Orders (TOs) will be issued on a Time-and-Materials (T&M), Labor-Hour (LH), or Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) basis.
