Scope of Work
The primary objective is to replace the oldest and most frequently used stackable autoclave in Building 5. The new unit must be compatible with the current configuration and space constraints. Key requirements for the sterilizer include:
- Dual chamber tower sterilizer with approximate dimensions of 20" x 20" x 38".
- 316L stainless steel chamber with carbon steel jacket and passivated finish.
- Double chamber configuration with stainless steel recessed panels and cabinet-mounted design.
- Hinged, fully opening manual door with a right-side hinge.
- Chamber configuration: Top chamber with two standard shelves, bottom chamber with two extendable shelves.
- Integrated control system: 7-inch color touchscreen, minimum 50 programmable cycles, password protection, lockable cycle parameters.
