Scope of Work
The requirement is to provide consumable, frozen solid ice made from potable water, delivered in 40-50lb bags of solid block and crushed ice. These bags must be palletized on pallets no less than 40W x 48L. The ice will support daily Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) training events and approved Non-POI events/competitions, critical for preventing dehydration and heat injuries during hot weather. Services include all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision.

Performance Standards & Special Requirements
- Ice must be consumable, frozen solid, and made from potable water.
- Supplier facility must be vetted by a Military Veterinary/Food Service Specialist and inspected by the VET Clinic at Fort Benning every three years.
- Contractor must be within a 100-mile radius or three hours from Fort Benning, GA.
- Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm EST.
- Contractor personnel must complete iWATCH training within 30 days of contract award and comply with installation access and security requirements, including background checks.
- A Visit Authorization Letter (VAL) and a statement of non-disclosure are required for personnel.
