Submission Requirements

Interested firms must submit a response limited to nine (9) pages, including a cover letter. The cover letter should include offeror name, address, point of contact, phone, email, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), interest in proposing, capability for project magnitude/complexity, business type/size (NAICS 236220), and small business designations (SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), WOSB) if applicable.

Respondents must provide a portfolio of at least three (3) relevant projects completed within the last ten (10) years, demonstrating experience as a prime contractor in:

  • DBB construction of an ATC Tower or similar 10+ story structure.
  • Working on or near an active airfield, adhering to FAA and Army regulations.
  • Demolition of towers or similar structures. For each project, details such as title, location, client, contract dollar amount, technical requirements, work performed (self-performed/subcontracted), and period of performance are required. Details on any Joint Venture and bonding capability (per contract and aggregate) must also be provided.
