To upgrade the infrastructure at multiple existing buildings on the VAPHS University Drive VA campus to support the new Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) system.

• Construction work to facilitate modifications for EHRM system infrastructure support.

• Impacted buildings include Buildings 1, 5, 8, 29, 30, 33, and the site.

• Total existing space affected is approximately 3,030 SF, with a new tower addition of 11,600 SF.

• All work shall be completed within 730 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.

• Construction areas will be occupied by staff or patients, requiring phasing.

• Phasing of construction is required due to occupied areas.

• The project will be solicited as an RFP.

• Work includes installation of equipment, Testing & Balancing, and Commissioning.

This notice is for market research and information purposes only, not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking potential sources for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project at the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center.
