Access & Submission Requirements

The email subject line must include the solicitation number, company name, and CAGE code (e.g., W9128F25A003 / COMPANY XYZ / CAGE CODE).
Vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) to obtain approval for CUI access and to submit proposals. Reference Solicitation Section 00 22 00 for detailed registration instructions for these systems.
