Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To construct a new headhouse and greenhouse at the National Center for Agricultural Utilization Research (NCAUR) in Peoria, IL, in accordance with 100% Design Package documents prepared by Bailey Edward Design.

• Provide complete headhouse and greenhouse structures, including a utility chaseway connecting to the existing building.

• The structures must comply with BSL-2P requirements and USDA APHIS containment facility guidelines for fungal plant pathogens.

• The greenhouse structure is delegated design.

• Contractor is responsible for all services, field labor, equipment, materials, testing, and personal protective equipment.

• No government equipment or services will be provided.

• The facility will be occupied and must remain operational during construction.

• Work must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations.

• Continuous noise and dust abatement is required.
