Scope of Work
The contractor will provide complete construction of a new headhouse and greenhouse, including a utility chaseway connecting to an existing building. The structures must comply with BSL-2P requirements and USDA APHIS containment facility guidelines for fungal plant pathogens. The project includes five optional items:
- Optional 1: Face brick exterior cladding.
- Optional 2: Shading system for the greenhouse roof.
- Optional 3: Deionized water system.
- Optional 4: Increase greenhouse height by 4'0".
- Optional 5: Add concrete pad, fencing, bollards, and CO2 tank, including underground CO2 piping.
