Site Visit & Submission Requirements
To attend the PPSV, offerors must complete and submit a Base Access Request (BAR). Key requirements include:

- Identification: Combine all participant IDs into a single, letter-sized PDF file named "Company Name_IDs". Bookmarks should be formatted as "Last Name, First Name". Foreign Nationals require a valid passport bio page; local citizens can use National Identification or a Driver's License.
- SAM Registration: Provide evidence of "active" SAM registration in PDF format.
