The Government is seeking services to fulfill a need of performing construction claim analysis, time impact analysis, and litigation support services. The Government requires an expert with demonstrated experience analyzing contractor?s claims and analyzing schedules to determine whether the original stated period of performance and proposed production schedule was achievable. The expert will determine the critical path and how many activities were performed in their proposed duration. It is imperative that the schedule analysis be completed by an expert. The work is conducted in the Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania regions. Respondent shall provide a capabilities statement and illustrate previous experience in performing these types of professional services effectively.
