Scope of Work
The contract will provide general construction management and quality assurance services. These non-personal services include:
- Assessment and monitoring of compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and ancillary documents.
- Quality assurance review of submittals, reports, plans, studies, technical documents, and other Construction Contractor documents.
- Reporting of findings to the Field COR.
- File and data management.
- Other similar non-design tasks as necessary. Work does not fall under the Brooks Act, and services shall not be considered inherently governmental functions. The government will not supervise or direct contractor personnel. Performance locations will be throughout Alaska and its outlying areas, including Wake Island.
