Submission Requirements & Eligibility
Interested parties should submit a capabilities statement (maximum 10 pages) addressing:
- Past performance on similar construction work (SRM, repair, renovation, minor/mid-range, design-build).
- Project management and subcontractor/team management experience for similar dollar magnitudes.
- Specific technical skills and ability to meet the 85% subcontracting limitation for small businesses.
- Company profile (size, status, UEI, CAGE Code) and bonding readiness for task orders up to $15M.
