Scope of Work
This acquisition involves three main components:

- New Air Passenger Terminal (APT): Construction of a single-story, 5,156 square foot facility north of the existing Building 1721. It will house safety offices, a Distinguished Visitors lounge, and include associated pavement for building access and turnaround, as well as sidewalks. The existing flightline perimeter fence will be re-routed.
- Demolition of Building 1721: Demolition of the existing 21,270 square foot multi-story facility, which currently houses the fire station, APT, safety offices, and Distinguished Visitor lounge. Building 1721 must remain operational until the new facilities are complete and tenants have relocated.
