Purpose

This notice is NOT a solicitation but aims to gather information on the availability and capability of qualified sources (small or large businesses) for the proposed acquisition. It will help the Government determine potential set-aside strategies and industry interest.

Scope of Work

The requirement involves a full renovation of latrines at Facility WV005. This includes:

  • Demolition and removal of existing tiling, partitions, lavatories, urinals, water closets, lockers, shower shelving, towel bars, curtain rods, shower benches, shower liners, receptors, and outlet/light switch covers.
  • Installation of new tiling (floors/shower walls), partitions, lavatories, water closets, urinals, lockers, shower shelving, towel bars, curtain rods, shower benches, shower liners, receptors, and outlet/light switch covers.
  • Painting of walls and ceilings.
  • All new fixtures must meet or exceed U.S. EPA Water Sense standards.

Detailed architectural plans and a Statement of Work (SOW) provide specific layouts, material specifications, and construction details for the enlarged toilet facilities and OMS building Option #1, including room finish schedules and accessory schedules.

Performance Standards & Special Requirements

  • Work must be completed within 120 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed.
  • Compliance with UFGS standards, UFC criteria, and Army Regulations.
  • A Quality Control Program and Site Safety Plan (adhering to EM 385-1-1) are required.
  • Contractor must attend an on-site visit, provide submittals 30 days prior to ordering, and supply their own storage.
  • All contractor employees require AT Level I training.
