Key Requirements
Contractor personnel must be U.S. Citizens and possess a TIER 1 Investigation Clearance (NACI). They must obtain and maintain a valid Misawa Air Base Restricted Area Badge (RAB) and Flightline driving privilege. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, supervision, travel, logistics, equipment, and fully insured vehicles meeting Japanese standards.
