- Removal of approximately 3,500,000 cubic yards (CY) of fine-grained silt and organic material, 850,000 CY of medium-to-fine grained sand, and 60,000 CY of rock.
- Rock removal to a minimum elevation of -42 Feet MLLW with a 2-foot allowable overdepth, and other areas to -40 Feet MLLW with a 2-foot allowable overdepth.
- Transport and disposal of dredged material to the Central Long Island Sound Disposal Site (CLDS) and up to four other sites for beneficial use.
- A minimum production rate of 300,000 CY per 30 consecutive calendar days is expected.
