Required Documents: SF-18, Section A (Pricing), Section L (Representations and Certifications), additional information as per Section J, and proof of SAM registration.
Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter, considering compliance with RFQ terms, proposed performance period, integrity, organization, experience, skills, equipment, facilities, and eligibility.

Eligibility & Important Notes

Offerors must be technically qualified, financially responsible, and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission.
Offerors must have an established business in Cyprus or commit to establishing one within 30 days of contract award.
A mandatory pre-proposal site visit and conference is scheduled for May 19, 2026. Drawings and specifications will only be provided to attendees.
Questions regarding the solicitation are due by May 29, 2026.
VAT is not applicable as the U.S. Embassy is tax-exempt. Offerors must include Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance premium costs.
