Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide various non-potable water services at JSDF-Matsushima Air Base to support construction project requirements.

• Delivery of non-potable water for construction efforts.

• Coordination of delivery/refilling locations and intervals with the onsite 356 EPBS Officer-in-Charge.

• Provision of 19,800 liters of non-potable water weekly, with options for up to four additional deliveries or refills per week for the initial two months.

• Transfer of water to Government-procured water trucks or provision of a location to refill them.

• Identification and procurement of necessary equipment for safe water transfer.
