The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to procure consultation services to develop/provide a traffic flow and parking plan for the upcoming Offutt AFB (NE) Air Show and Open House in August 2026. The contractor shall:
Provide all labor, parts, materials, transportation, supervision and management to provide a traffic flow and parking plan for an Offutt AFB event open to the general public. The intent of the traffic flow and parking plan is to establish an executable plan to ensure continuous traffic flow into Offutt, arrival to directed parking, patron foot traffic to and from the event, and traffic flow out of Offutt for up to 40,000 patrons each day, during a Saturday and Sunday event. Offutt AFB requests that the contractor shall have experience with performing these services for air show events. Additional information and details can be found in the attached Statement of Work.
If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services described above, you must respond to this notice with the following: Enitity Name, CAGE/UEI, capabilities statement, and past performance of these services for air shows (date, location, etc). If no responses are received by the above referenced time, a sole source contract may be awarded to Solutions Event Services (CAGE: 6PP61). Responses must be submitted to the points of contact indicated below.
